Shahnaz Ahmed has cared for children for more than 20 years in her own home in Chantilly, VA — first as a neighbor and trusted sitter, and today as the licensed provider behind Shahnaz Home Daycare. She's joined by Mehwish, who has cared for children alongside Shahnaz for over 10 years.
