How We Handle Your Information

Only what you type into our inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, an optional age range for your child, and your message. The age range is optional and is there because our license limits how many children of each age we can care for — it helps us tell you right away whether we have a spot.

We do not ask for your child's date of birth, address, or any medical or financial information at this stage. That information is only collected later, on the enrollment paperwork, if you decide to enroll.

To reply to you about care for your child. That is the only reason. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other daycares, directories, or marketing companies.

Shahnaz and the family member who helps manage the website can access your inquiry.

Our website/database provider and email provider process the information on our behalf only to store the form and deliver its notification. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising or marketing.

Each inquiry is stored in two places: our website database, and the notification email that arrives in our inbox. We mention both because a deletion request needs to cover both, and it would be misleading to describe only one.

We keep inquiries until you ask us to delete them. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a schedule we don't follow — if you want your information removed, just ask and we will remove it.

If you enroll, your information becomes part of your child's enrollment record instead, and that record is kept for as long as Virginia licensing requires.

Email srhomedaycare@gmail.com and ask us to delete your inquiry. We will remove it from both places described above — the database record and the notification email — and confirm once it is done.

This website is written for parents, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The optional age range on our form is provided by a parent or guardian, and it is an age band rather than a birthdate.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not run advertising pixels.
